Hello, everyone, and thanks for visiting. My name is Brandon Griffin, and I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Troy University. I earned my PhD from Southern Illinois University and my MBA and BS from Utah Valley University. I study how people work, lead, and learn, and I share that through my YouTube channel and my newsletter The Psychology of Business. I also partner with organizations on consulting projects related to leadership and teams.
